Most homeowners call a contractor first. We think that’s backwards.
Haven DesignScapes designs your full outdoor environment — pool, patio, structures, landscape, lighting, and material direction — before construction starts.
You see the plan, make decisions, understand the budget, and avoid costly mistakes before hiring a contractor.

Your design package may include:
Pool Planning
Patio and hardscape layout
Outdoor kitchen and structure placement
Landscape and lighting direction
Material recommendations
3D Renderings
Site plan / concept plan
Permit and code awareness
Contractor coordination support if needed
You keep the completed design and can use it with the contractor of your choice.
It’s you and Jason, in real time, designing your backyard together on screen — not waiting days for revisions to come back.
During the live design session, we can:
Move the Pool
Expand the patio
Adjust the structure
Try different layout
Review how the space feels before anything is built
You see it change as you say it. You see the design change in real time — before it becomes an expensive field change.

Most Homeowners start with the Clarity Before Construction Package, starting at $1,800.
You’ll get 3D, interactive visuals, a live design meeting, a set number of revisions, and a site plan — enough to see exactly what’s possible and get real numbers, before you commit to anything bigger.
From there, we build out only what your project actually needs — permitting-ready plans, HOA submission documents, or ongoing support through construction. We’ll walk you through that once we know your project.
You don’t get a finished plan and a “good luck.” When you’re ready, we can connect you with contractors we trust — people who price fairly, do quality work, and stand behind it with real warranty service.
You’re not locked into anyone. But if you want a recommendation, we’ll point you toward people we’d actually let work on our own backyard.

Jason has spent 17+ years working through pools, hardscapes, landscapes, grading, outdoor structures, and construction sequencing before focusing fully on design.
That field experience matters. He knows where outdoor projects usually go wrong — and designs around those problems before they become expensive mistakes.

No. In fact, we recommend designing first. You’ll bring a complete design to your contractor, not the other way around.
That’s exactly what the Clarity Before Construction Package is for. It’s a low-commitment way to see what’s possible and get real numbers — whether you’re testing a budget, deciding if a tricky lot is workable, or just not ready to move forward yet.
It depends on your project. Most homeowners move into a full coordination plan set — buildable plans a contractor can price and pull permits from, which also doubles as what you’d submit for HOA approval if you’re in an HOA. If you’re getting wildly different quotes from a few contractors, we can also help you compare bids side by side. And for larger, multi-trade projects, we can stay involved through construction to make sure the decisions we made together actually get followed through.
Typically 30 minutes to an hour and a half — it depends on the scale of your project and how much time you want to spend exploring changes together.
No — we’re a design specialist, not a construction company. But we don’t disappear once the plan is done. We offer more hands-on support during construction for projects that need it, and we’re happy to connect you with preferred contractors we trust for the right type of project.
